Adimplant was founded in 2007; through education is an institution that is dedicated to the furthering of knowledge, through research in dentistry and Implantology. AdImplant consists of two implant and restorative focused training courses and multi practice dental access centers. It aims to further access and promote the public to NHS dentistry throughout the UK.
We are focused on postgraduate education and promotion of further education for dentists and professionals complimentary to dentistry.
Our entire dental and implant centre’s are focused on clinical governance and audit. We continually are researching our results in the fields of dentistry, Implantology and facial aesthetic medicine. Our group is made up from highly skilled general dentists, Implantologists, dermatologists, and general medical practitioners.
We have several practices offering all aspects of clinical dentistry, Implantology and dermatological clinics throughout the UK.
Adimplant is a group of dedicated healthcare professionals whom through a huge breath of business and dental experience will allow further access through our newly acquired NHS dental services. Allowing both access on all levels of NHS dentistry for the British public to always access a NHS dentist and further specialists within the group.
Dr Avik Dandapat

Avik qualified from Birmingham University where he gained his BDS qualification. He went on to working in a private practice in Royal Leamington Spa and attained the MFGDP (UK) qualification by exam 2 years after qualifying (at the earliest possible time allowed). After a period of general practice training, he was involved in surgical dentistry in hospitals based in various Maxillo-Facial departments around the UK. Avik also did some sabbatical work in India- working closely with Maxillo-Facial surgeons involved in head and neck surgery and leading the dentofacial reconstructive work after such extensive surgery.
He then embarked on further post graduate training (over a 3 year period) at the Royal College of Surgeons of England relating to Dental Implants. He passed the Diploma in Implantology by exam and an extra achievement was the fact that he was the youngest Dentist in the UK to hold this qualification. He also gained an Advanced Certificate in Implant Dentistry. Avik was an award finalist for the "Best Young Dentist" in the Dentistry Awards 2007.
Avik is the principal dentist at Twyford Dental & Implant Centre where he has revolutionised the practice over the last 3 years to become a state-of-the-art Implant dedicated practice.
Avik is experienced in managing and setting up new practices allowing access to the public to general dental services and Implant focused reconstructive dentistry. Avik has had over 4 years experience in running an NHS dental centre in Hayes, Middlesex where he increased patient access by 75% in 3 years.
He is a pioneer in dental marketing working with mezzanine one marketing in london and is one of only a few groups appearing in the top 3 google searches for dental implants, dentistry and dentists in google.
He had promoted access to NHS children's dentistry at his practices - where he advised and developed the Kids club concept in actively educating children in oral hygiene and promoting pediatric dental healthcare with a preventative approach to dentistry.
Avik is a mentor and also lectures for Association of Dental Implantology (UK) across the country. He also runs hands-on courses teaching other dentists how to restore implants at his practice. He is an official mentor for Ankylos Implants.

Dr Mukesh Soni

Clinical Dental Director
Dr Mukesh Soni qualified from the University of Manchester in 1989. His interest in dental implants started in 1994 where under the guidance of Ashok Sethi placed his first implant. Later he joined the Tatum Institute where he spent time for 6 years. Here he learnt advanced bone grafting and dental implant aesthetics. Recently he has attended the Royal College of Surgeons dental implant diploma. Mukesh has placed over 3000 dental implants and routinely provides bone grafting for compromised patients.He performs sinus grafts and nerve repositions when required.He has recently been accepted on the MSc of Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at Manchester University. Dr Soni has also been accepted as a mentor for dental implants—a very prestigious position where he will be teaching students in basic and advanced dental implant and bone grafting procedures.
Dr Nahid Dandapat

Business Development Director
Nahid left Ealing to study for her BDS at the University of Manchester. Upon completion she returned to West London to work in general practice and gained her Membership at the Royal College of Surgeons (MFGDP).
Nahid is committed to the highest standards in dental care, through continuing professional development to deliver to our patients the very latest, state-of-the-art techniques and procedures in dentistry.
Nahid has developed the BDA good practice award and oversees the absolute gold standard of dental practice development schemes promoting clinical governance and audit actively.
Dr Raja Dandapat

Medical Clinical Services Director
Dr Raja Dandapat has been in general medical practice for over 20 years. His special interest lies in the use of Botulinum Toxin and dermal filler use. He is a director of all operations of aesthetic medicine in our clinics including chemical peels, non-surgical face lifts, non-surgical rhinoplasty and minor local general surgery.
Mrs Dipika Dandapat
Medical Operations Manager
Mrs Dipika Dandapat has over 15 years experience in medical practice management. She works closely with the PCT in hammersmith promoting NHS primary care actively. The practice development carries through various clinics and management of funds through the practice. Her role within Adimplant is a facilities manager to oversee all medical procedures, stock , payments and patient liaison activities associated with visiting plastic surgeons, dermatologists and medical practitioners within the group.
Mrs Cheryl Palmer
Dental Operations Manager
Mrs Palmer has over 30 years experience in dental practice management. She has worked for Adimplant Ltd for over 4 years now. And previously managed several dental practices in Twyford, Oxford and Richmond. Her primary role is the well being and administration of the practices. She controls SOE management software, payee roles, associate fees and materials management. She has an active role in acquiring the environmental and clinical governance policies of the practices and monitors UDA activity within the NHS and target acquisitions. She also manages staff training and meetings within the group.
Miss Bianka Roberts

Lead Nursing Manager
Miss Roberts has been with adimplant group for over 3 years and oversees the continual professional development of the nursing staff ensuring all our up to date with the latest techniques and training in dentistry. She was also the coordinator of our bespoke staff training program.
