Purchase Scheme

Usually the practice is purchased with no requirement for advertising the practice through agencies. We arrange all transactions and future planning. If your a retiring dentist we will formulate a gentle and easy exit plan and bespoke handover to your specific tailored requirements. We are not a multi national corporate whom will upset staff members but may introduce subtle changes in time to the running to make your practice and existing staff thrive in an unstable climate. We also have the funding and financial standing to make these purchases. We do consider Specialist, NHS and private practices. Partnership Scheme

In our partnership scheme we allow release of equity in your own practice. We buy a certain percentage of the practice and goodwill and take over the management issues. We assign a specific manager from within our group to the practice and allow the principal to get on with dentistry, earn more and remove all of the headache.
